The set for working from the kitchen table. A fine double-knit with a fleck of darker yarn, so marks show less than on a flat colour. Relaxed V-neck top with long sleeves and a straight hem; trousers tapered from the knee with a covered elastic and a cuff.
The knit softens noticeably over the first month. It also picks up lint from wool blankets, which a clothes brush deals with.

Tested. Three of these went through 200 washes at 40 °C before it was listed. The shrinkage figure above is what we measured after five.
